As much as I don't expect it to, I would like abortion rights to be what totally destroys the Republicans. The fact that it's a 60/40 (ish) split is still concerning.

Colorado Supreme Court strikes Trump from the ballot due to the insurrection on Jan 6th

This isn't the end of course, it will work its way up the system & could find itself in The Supreme Court, it will set a precedent that in the meantime people in other states could try and follow suit

Would Trump have any legal course to overturn it?
