Man United are just a kiddies team. you ask any little kid what team they support its "Man U" ... then ask why..."cus they win"....
Thats not what supporting a team is about.. I bet the majority of Man U fans around the Uk or Chelsea, Man City fans have never even been to a game in there life!

You need to get over your bitterness and instead of constantly having a dig at United concern yourself over your own teams problems. I have no axe to grind with a supporter of any team and respect those who share a love of football, despite any local rivalry. For me I truly wish Liverpool success as they get back to being a top contender. The stronger teams are, then the better the game will be to watch and entertain us all.
For the record I first watched Man Utd at Old Trafford in 1974. I saw them when they were last relegated. For 26 years we didn't win a league championship. I've stood shoulder to shoulder, laughing, shouting, cheering with thousands of other supporters who remained loyal fans no matter what the season brought, sharing complete happiness and desolation in equal measure. During those years Liverpool were a dominant and mighty team and guess what...besides the hardcore, homegrown fans there were plenty of people around the world with no connection to Liverpool who supported them. Success whoever you are, always brings in fans from around the world and if it wasn't for this global appeal then your World Cups and Champions Leagues might not be half as big as they are today.

I agree with what your saying on the whole, although i dont think i'd hate united as much if ferguson wasn't incharge, he's just a man I cannot bare, he comes across Rude, arrogant, patronising, contradictive, bitter its more of a disliking of him than the club itself, I know to united fans this will sound crazy but in my personal view he has tainted the clubs image, for many non united supporters, you think of man u, you instantly think of fergie and to most he is an unlikable man
