Longlegs 7/10 - best horror for a long time with an almost unrecognisable nick cage. Creepy and very intense.

Rocky IV (1985)

Rocky single handedly, brought down the Soviet Empire and saved the world from mutually assured nuclear destruction.Big GrinBig Grin

Jokes aside, this is an enjoyable slice of 80's hokum, with a simple message.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes

A very well done continuation to this franchise. The story is very watchable, nothing had me bored within this - the special effects to create the characters are outstanding. It's a great take on another chapter, it doesn't take long to get you gripped and the two and a half hour running time goes past seemingly quickly, such is how good this movie is, imo.

The ending does set up a very intriguing (if possible) sequel and apparently not is all what it seems come the end, can't say anymore then that because of 'spoiler alert' - but in the past 3 weeks or so, I've watched 2 films Furiosa and this one. I'd still go with Furiosa because I love those wasteland films but this is definitely worth a look imo.

8/10

The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf (2021)

A decent animated prequel, to the Witcher series.

The Batman

An interesting take on the Batman franchise. It is helped by the fact that Zoe Kravitz is hot. Big GrinBig Grin

Deadpool & Wolverine

It’s AWESOME AND THEN SOME!!!!

A wonderful wonderful wonderful addition to the MCU which is also a perfect love letter to the Fox X-Men films & the other non MCU Marvel films that have come out over the years.

Doesn’t hold back on the violence, gore & bad language, plus it will have you laughing throughout, right up to the incredibly hilarious post credit scene right at the end of the credits.

Ryan Reynolds & Hugh Jackman are awesome as Deadpool and Wolverine and have excellent chemistry together on screen

Packed full of marvel Easter eggs, mainly for Fox X-Men films and brilliant to see so many actors reprising their Marvel roles for cameos or substantial parts.

There are plenty of cameos that weren’t revealed in the trailers etc and they were all fantastic and at times incredibly hilarious

10/10
