Not necessarily. They could use the Elim Chamber for a No 1 Contender match for that belt for WM, as well as a straight E Chamber match for the World Title, depending on who wins the Rumble (eg if they're going for Rock-Cena, then Cena could be shockingly eliminated on Sunday, and then win the E Chamber, or any of several other permutations). If Rock is wrestling at EC, then I'd assume it was 1-on-1.

Rock was the latest target of The Shield on RAW. Even more reason for me why they won't book Rock to win the title at Royal Rumble. Vince said if the shield interrupt the RR title match, Punk will be stripped of the title. So that tells me that Punk has to retain title at RR, then the idea of Rock in Elimination Chamber is interesting. And maybe the Shield will all be entered in to the Rumble itself.

I've heard some rumours that Orton could win the Rumble and Ziggler will cash in the MIB briefcase against Big Show / Del Rio.

im still amazed they have odds for this! john cena 4/5 odds on to win rumble! ryback 3/1 ziggler 7/1 in places orton 8/1 even sum bookies hav brock lesnar and u can get odds on him. although dont really watch wrestling anymore i mite hav a few little bets but i didnt realise lesnar was wrestling at the min so not sure why bookies wud hav him in. mite hav a little bet on seamus and orton!

If vince said punk will be stripped of title why would be retain then? It's obvious rock gonna win now that vince made that stipulation, in my view he will skip the EC ppv instead we will see a number 1 contender match with cena winning. Everyone knows its cena vs rock at WM, either cena wins the rumble or the chamber match

Well it's not going to be lesnar because he's contracted to face triple h at WM. and it's already been leaked that Cena vs Rock II for the WWE title is also at wm, so i'd put your money on cena to win the RR

I just feel it makes more sense that if CM Punk status in WWE is "Best In The World" then why would he lose to Rock?
They should have punk 'cheat' to win at RR, and then rock wins in the elimination chamber, that way cm punk's rep stays intact and he can say "they're were 5 other guys"

Dolph Ziggler should have won the Rumble, but I would have preferred to see anyone win over Cena. It was a fantastic Rumble though, Chris Jericho's return was a hugely enjoyable moment
