BSX Tech Problems (Including Black Screen)

Thanks NHawk. It is most odd. I've checked for firmware updates but nothing is available at the mo. This is my second bush box in under a week. I took the original back to argos as it had the same problems. I changed the model in hope it would correct the problem. And no i didn't say it it was the porn channel that was giving me problems... I blamed question time with david dimbleby! I thought it more classy I'll have another fiddle with the box today and see if there is anything i can do. Thanks for your reply.

hmm. i paid for the channel but the unlock code i was given doesn't work. At first the stream kept reloading, so i cleared the cookies. now when i enter my code it keeps saying it's wrong. Also doesn't work on the freeview red button.

Well guess what, first ever time trying it for the last half hour online , dont have freeview

paid all OK.......PASS NOT RECOGNIZED....

not impressed at all, not even worth it now, its 4.15...will not be trying again....

Hey guys, if you're ever having problems with Xtreme late at night, you're unlikely to get much help on here because we're all tucked up in bed, dreaming of sex with hot movie stars and stuff.

However, we do have overnight customer services for Xtreme until around 2am (I think), and you can reach them on 0843 289 3588.

You can also call the same number during the day from about half 10 onward to speak to one of our daytime customer service staff. If you have no joy on that number during the day, try calling 0844 357 0298, which is the main customer service number.

Just tried to sign up via website,got message oops there seems to be a problem,email pin doesn't work been on hold on customer service number for 10 mins this channel is a fucking shambles

I ordered a weeks worth of bsx for £10 but i haven't received any new pins since the initial night. Can you please tell me whats gone wrong here? i am supposed to send another text?

Also has anyone had the same problem?

Ok all sorted i sent a text to the regular £5 number and got a free msg.

Although I don't think the way around getting the addtional codes for the other nights is explained very well on tv.

Dam friggin, bs xtreme, it just kicked me off & I've paid a fiver in phone credit, entered pin, watched few hours, really enjoying it & all of sudden screen went blank & is now saying I need to call for new pin again, NOT GOOD AM GONNA BE RIPPED OFF LIKE THAT
