RE: DLA into PIP
Finally some movement got a call from DWP yesterday morning about 10am tok me by surprise if I can be honest. Guy asked me a couple of questions, not to extensive a chat and then said he'd be sending a report to DWP and I should hear something back within a couple of weeks, so hopefully, fingers crossed it is news for the better this time around.
You are so right Rammy, it is a bloody hard journey getting this, I reckon the process you have to go through puts off people who need it most. I can't imagine they'll back date it to my original claim though. I'll def go through CAB if needed if i'm turned down again.
Hopefully this comes to an positive end soon.

RE: DLA into PIP
I never reported back on what happened on that chat..
I did eventually get my PIP money, but I am now working with my local CAB into getting my PIP reviewed and possibly uprated, as in the last year I have found my walking pace has slowed down and it is taking me far longer to walk to and from work and also with being on my feet the whole time on shifts even though I'm part time, I have a lot more responsibilities. I am just lucky my work colleagues appreciate all I can do. I am experiencing a lot of pain in my legs after a shift. Often when walking home, I do often end up stopping and resting about two three times to get energy back in my legs to continue walking. I was due to speak with them on Monday but was actually pulled into work to do extra cover (we are a small team of 6 & I'm the eldest running a retail high street store, and now starting our Christmas set up and will be my 18th or 19th Christmas with them) and I'd sent email to rearrange, but got an email back I may have to wait another 3-5 days so I'm hoping I might speak again to them on Friday or next Monday probably. I know I did have a fall at work about a year ago and thought nothing of it, but did speak to the doctors about it but they said if I had another fall I can go back and they'll look at it again, which I admit hasn't happened yet. it was mostly on my right knee & leg (which is my good leg). Hopefully through the CAB I can claim a free bus pass and sort out other problems.
I will update you on any further developments. Being 61 has it's moments!!

I have great sympathy and sorrow for the hardship you have been put through through the MP's who brought thier depravity and stupidity and spite and malice to the DWP. MP's exalted, praised and glorifyed their creating a streamlined efficient system to unemployment and disablement benefits. Joe Bloggs lived with ordinary daily tasks causing him noticeable to severe to excruciating pain and loss of muscle function, as movement caused nerves in Joe’s lower back to become injured and damaged. Joe used strong pain relief (including Morphine), not to be painfree but to attempt daily living as best Joe was able as how Joe could. Joe was assessed fully able to work because Joe was able to put a hat on his head and could hold an empty box for twenty or thirty minutes. Ceaselessly Joe searched for the employment where putting his hat on and holding an empty box was required. But Joe only found jobs requiring a continued wide range of physical abilities. Joe, if he managed to have an ability, he could only sustain his ability for a limited time. Joe would have to frequently stop and recupurate, and would require a serious increase of use of strong pain relief with increased addiction, side effects and impairments. Also considerable time would be required for recovery and recupuration from acumulation of repeated causes of injury and impairment. There were jobs Joe could sustain and maintain himself in, and could continue employment with, but he required further training and further qualification to do so. Joe attended courses to better himself and gained the qualifications available to someone of his background. But found all the help, aid, support and ease back to work that MP’s exalted, glorified and praised only applied to getting people into the jobs that MP’s had deemed suitable and rightful to those of little value to MP’s. Service, labouring and care working. The fit and able to comply to the depravity of MP’s were helped, aided, supported and given ease, those less able were caused difficulty, hardship, suffering, burden, demoralisation and herded to the gutter. And MP’s caused so many to be herded and hounded to benefits to be imprisoned in benefits. Joe and many others suffered continued torment and torture to work, but were continually attacked, vilified, abused and threatened to death to seek the positions that MP’s deemed the place for the lowly to work. The less able were not disabled by injury, impairment and/or disability – the less able were and continue to be disabled by MP’s stupidity and depravity. MP’s cause the unemployed to be unemployed and prevent the unemployed from gaining employment in which they might be able to continue to maintain and sustain themselves and contribute a valuable input into society and the nations need. Because of the stupidity and depravity of MP’s. It is MP’s who cause cost from their stupidity and depravity, who have no answer other than to incite malice, hatred and extremism at those least able to defend or to cause benefit to themselves. Joe attended a work capability assessment and was assessed capable of work because he attended the assessment unaided (unaided but for strong pain relief including morphine). The result of his assessment was a report much like kidnappers ransom note of snipped parts of details concocted to give a reasons for Joes being deemed capable of work. Joe requested an appeal tribunual which conclude joe had no grounds for appealing nor for a change of outcome. In fact the whole process of an appeal tribunual was incapable of altering or revising a work capability assessment, MP's malice and spite to the less able was completely water-tight from appeal leaks. I wish and hope you well and your needs are found, but without change of government I fear for your wellbeing. A change of government from MP's following thier lusts, greed, selfishness, stupidity and depravity - to MP's acting for the good of everyone not for those that give bribes, gifts and contributions to MP's snouts in the trough.
