Witness - Golden Land
A bloke from Somaliland who had to leave during a civil war and made a new life in Finland, learns he has rights to land back home which has minerals and gold and stuff. So he uproots his family to go home and get digging. However the government changes and his permits get turned down. Somehow, he finds a way round and the land does prove to have the right stuff in it. His kids still miss Finland, though.
