About time Cardiff got in the Prem, as much as I hate Welsh sides in the English leagues, can't deny the fact that this has been about 5 years in the making for them, they should've been in the Prem ages ago. Well deserved

Why hate welsh sides, swansea are one of the best footballing teams in league and have great players and play a lot nicer than most english teams in the league.

what a surprise you've had to make a comment, never said i hate the teams, i just said i hate the fact Welsh sides are allowed in the English leagues. I'd be the same if Celtic joined

So you dont want anybody to reply to you then?.. whats the harm in letting teams from wales in? Swansea are an asset to the league and would be wasted in the welsh league...

But if Swansea weren't in the english leagues they wouldn't have the players they have had

that can be said for any team....

Can someone explain to me how Carrick got nominated for POTY but Gerrard didn't? What has Carrick actually done this season? He's had a few assists and like 1 goal i think, where as Gerrard has played every minute, has got goals and has assists.

Also don't get how Michu didn't get noticed

Carrick's been the best CM this season by a mile, and is just as big a reason as RvP for Man Utd's dominance IMO. Great to see him get the plaudits he deserves

Agree with you about Michu though, I was pleasantly surprised to see Hazard on the shortlist but with Michu playing in a weaker team and having won a trophy he probably should've been selected ahead of Eden, although along with the rest of the Swansea team he's tailed off second half of the season which would've gone against him. Baines worthy of a shout too

(Suarez should win btw, and Lukaku for YPOTY)
