I couldn't agree more, 2 mins is way over the top.

Yep huge turn off I rang Carla three times last week on all occasions was unlucky being just pipped to it by another - no complaint about that its just luck of the draw but.... those three calls inc connection cost £19.77 on Studio 66 and I spoke to no one lol ....thats a waste of money.

Not only that but you get charged just for the pleasure of calling in and there is no guarantee that you will even get through.
