Some interesting points above. I personally think Trump is playing 3D chess and is yet to make his final move on Greenland and does not need to 'take' greenland by 'force' and if he did, the UN is powerless to act in all honesty. What we dont' know is the full 'reasons' for this other than whats already known ie, supposed threats from Russia & China! His administration will need to act swiftly before those midterms. For those crowing about 'resources', The US has plenty in reserve without Greenland

These countries were ignorant and thought by providing a coalition of the willing' would exert pressure on Trump but he plays by a very different set of rules and uses the 'Tariff' card and launches it to full effect

Politics is about 'foresight & anticipating' your opponents moves and devising counter measures and the winner plots one step of the opposition and plays a trump card just after there's. Its about making sure you suprise them and that they do not suprise you
