Chloe had a tip goal tonight to 'go on web' (from tv). Mr. P said this would be at 11.30pm

However, at 11.30pm she went offline. It came to 12 where she returned and was back on TV.

The tip goal never happened and everyone that had tipped felt ripped off as they'd tipped for a 'goal' which never took place.

There's no other word to describe this other than a scam. Please be vary.
