so why would Ashley have to ask Bluebirds permission to work another night if she hasn't actually signed yet?
We did try to explain the position in our post. Sorry if it was not clear.
We are trying to be diplomatic. Since you insist, we'll give you more of the facts:
Ashley was being placed under considerable pressure from Elite to sign a contract with them.
So she contacted us herself [without us asking her] and asked - over a weekend - if we would act quickly to guarantee her position if she wanted to come work for us.
We agreed, obviously on the basis that she was leaving Elite, which she agreed she was. We agreed terms.
On Monday, she asked if she could work 1 last night as Elite were being insistent. She asked us because she was concerned that if she did that we might walk away.
Instead, we said "fine".
So - how about saying thanks for us supporting Ashley in what she wanted to do - and giving the Fans another Ashley treat ?
If that is indeed the case, forgive my cynicism, then would it not have been better to have waited until Ashley had done her last show (if it was), before announcing her departure as having spoken to her at 05.50, I know she was extremely upset by all that has happened. I'm not concerned about where she works or whom for, I just like to see the girl treated with respect & honesty.
Seems like the Anna situation over again in some respects, & perhaps in your excitement to announce another Elite beating again, you should of been more respectful of Ashley's feelings.

Ashley contacted us out of the blue on Sunday. We agreed on Sunday. We posted on Sunday. She asked on Monday to do another Elite shift, because she said they were putting a lot of pressure on her to do it.
The reason for posting was to protect Ashley against any more of the already referred to pressure.
It's therefore only fair to address any concerns to Elite, not us.

So have I got this right...
Elite have been operating on the basis of NOT offering the girls binding contracts, happy to keep things on a rolling basis (and their own options open)
WE DON'T KNOW. WE ONLY KNOW THAT NONE OF THE 4 ELITE GIRLS WHO CAME TO US SO FAR HAD A CONTRACT WITH ELITE.
until the Lovato Affair kicked off? Since when Elite went into a panic, trying to close the stable door so to speak and trying to nail down proper contracts with the girls before it was too late?
AGAIN, WE DON'T KNOW AND CAN'T COMMENT ON ELITE'S BUSINESS POLICIES.
We're not saying you're wrong. Just that we don't know and it's not for us to comment. Over to Elite.

RE: Ashley Has Left Elite
To expand on my post#10, arrogant?..maybe; patronising?...definitely.
Launch date of Bluebird TV is June?? Therefore Ashley & 99 others will be paid for 2 months for doing what ??they don't all do porn.
If Bluebird TV have got such big ideas it seems odd that Playboy are not already doing it rather than co-existing in the current market.
Bluebird Official states his company agreed for Ashley to work 1 last show for Elite TV, ie last night, despite which Elite's schedule, published
late yesterday, shows her to work tomorrow night.
Finally it seems to me they are doing things per the American military textbook, big budget, big ego,big gob, little brain; despite overwhelming superiority their recent military campaigns have achieved little....on that note, roll on June.

I am not bothered about who is responsible for starting or escalating all this acrimony between both companies I just wish they would keep it between themselves and act like professionals. All I see are two companies acting in a way usually seen on the school playground.
That's fine.
If people don't ask us questions, we don't have to answer them.
If people don't flame us, we don't have to respond.
And if we don't respond, we get posts saying "Oh Bluebird is all quiet now - hee hee".
We'd be very happy to just post our info & promos and get on with life
Thanks

What 99 others? There You go making up your own facts in order to create a platform for flaming.
And we don't just do porn. We do around 20 glamshoots a week, for our various platforms. Then there's the mainstream TV shows in production here and in the USA.
We're not responsible for Elite's schedule.
What it all amounts to is you posting so as to appear cleverer or better informed than the talent -who you suggest you care about - and who choose to work for us. Now - the definition of 'patronising'... ?
