Last Week Tonight w/John Oliver
The triumphant follow-up to his challenge to some local bakery, and the less glorious story about Project 2025 and Schedule F.

Talking Pictures: Judi Dench
She talked to Wogan a few times, but nothing from her Parky appearance(s?). More from leftfield chats with Roy Plomley and Richard Eyre.

Whicker's New World - The American Lifestyle : Happy-Happy Inc
Retirement villages/towns like Sun City, which seem to offer a grim taste of life before death.

B.S. High
The short saga of Roy Johnson, a huckster who tries to start a college football team called Bishop Sycamore, without the college part. Things seem to go well until they're booked to play a proper top team in a match shown on ESPN, after which the wheels all fall off.

Salman Rushdie - Through A Glass Darkly
He's written about his stabbing and recovery, so chatted to Alan Yentob about it, with a few extra contributors like his other half, and eye-witnesses.

Arena - Byrne on Byrne
This 1988 account worked to reflect in the glory of Tutti Frutti, and besides the artist/screenwriter himself, Robbie Coltrane and a young Robert Carlysle helped recount his life and times, with Bill Paterson and Richard Wilson along too briefly.

The Whole Story w/Anderson Cooper - The James Webb Telescope: Are We Alone?
Perhaps the most telling part of this was that Anderson "son of famous parent" Cooper topped and tailed the show, but the actual documentary part was fronted by some poor lass who didn't even get credited on screen.

Vasa - The Ghost Ship
In August 1628, the Swedish King launched the new wonder-ship of his fleet, but it sank within hours. In 1961 it was brought up, fairly well preserved (yonks before the Mary Rose, too), and this doc tried to guess what went wrong, and also to consider its sister ship's somewhat similar fate.
