I have no interest in skateboarding (and not all that much in video games), but it seemed a generally positive story all round.

Dogtown and Z-Boys
Prequel of sorts to the above, featuring the dudes (and it was mostly dudes) who developed the skateboard scene in a grubby part of LA in the 1970s, partly using empty swimming pools, which tend to be innately curved over there. Some of them got rich, some had mishaps with drugs, but none of them appeared to suffer career-ending injuries, which was maybe the most incredible thing.

Drain the Oceans - Malaysia Airlines 370
A few months before the above event, the luckless MA lost another plane in the Indian Ocean. Through reference to a different (if maybe similar) plane ocean crash a bit earlier, this show covered the immense difficulty in trying to find any evidence at all, let alone the actual crash site. Some bits n bobs did turn up in Madagascar, but none in Australia. The plane was still AWOL when this was made.

Garwin
Richard Garwin was apparently part of the team who developed the H Bomb, but he balanced that out as adviser to US Presidents from Eisenhower onwards. His view was that the bombs were simply revenge for Pearl Harbour, though I think that's maybe simplifying it too much.
