we have just made Steve Coterill our new manager , this has to be one of the worst appointments we have ever made, he plays long ball all the time and we hate that as it's the gas way, looks like he got the job because he is mates with some of the bored,
it's like the second coming of pulis , i think we will go down now

back up to 2nd in Championship after winning 3-0!! And with Leicester losing and Burnley drawing it was an important three points for us! I'd say we have an outside chance of winning the championship (which would be nice) but, to go up automatically must now be our aim.

Ha ha moyes struggles go on, that Wigan chairman was right when he said Martinez should have been considered, would have done much better and more importantly he has won a trophy, no I ain't saying that cuz he got the win tonight but because it's the truth, klopp with his 2 German titles and a CL final appearance wernt even considered, moyes is shit end of

If I remember rightly the Wigan chairman said that he wouldn't stand in Martinez's way if he got a good job offer and wonder if he would have said the same if Martinez had been offered the Man United job. I would be thinking now the next 5 games for united are going to be very important for Moyes to win.

So so good to see the Salford Cockneys struggling. Their fans will be booing into their white wine spritzers all over Berkshire.

I don't know if I should say this but there certainly hasn't been the same sort of consistency to United's performances this season compared to last season. I wonder that had Moyes had left Everton before the end of last season, he probably would have benefitted from sitting alongside Sir Alex in the dugout.

lol on what evidence? Less than half a season gone. A new manager settling down at one of the worlds biggest football clubs? A poor summer in the transfer market can be resolved next summer. Change doesn't happen overnight but United will come back if not this season then next, if not with this manager then the next. Would Klopp be any better? He has no experience in the EPL. A good coach undoubtedly and I have to admit that I would have liked him but Moyes has to be given time.
Its a good job that not all football fans are so fickle that when there team loses they lose all faith. Believe it or not some Arsenal fans were baying for Wengers blood back in August, now look at them.

Moyes - How much time do they give him?

Has RVP really handed in a transfer request after all that money United paid for him? I wouldc definitely say that under Moyes the fear factor has definitely gone when playing at Old Trafford. I think teams go there not expecting to lose by a huge margin, but now they can go there either expecting to win or at least get something from the game and I think the Everton game last Wednesday night was a prime example of that. Now Newcastle beat them yesterday Christmas is going look very hard for United. Are United becoming too predictable? I would say yes, but I think we have to wait to see where they are after Christmas period before making any further judgement on that score.

I would say thast the difference is that Wenger has had to deal with the irate Gooner fans baying for his blood week in week out and Moyes is probably only just starting to feel the same kind of frustrations from the Old Trafford faithful!!
