Digital Dave is correct, however as much as this channel probably deserves its comeuppance it's the last thing in reality that we all want to see. I want to see this channel back on it's feet again and with the recent signing of Jennifer Jade it would be very sad to see the shows getting even tamer due to politics out with our control but Studio66 must stop snitching on other channels and concentrate again on making their own entertaining again
IMO this channel will not get back to it's best while the present people behind the scenes are in charge of things no matter what girls they sign, the people in charge are the main problem, they keep making fuck ups and attracting Ofcom's attention, they are the ones that's caused the Ofcom problems, many of the last Ofcom "in breach" rulings were caused by incompetent staff . They were found in breach for live girls going topless from 9pm to 9.30pm, they were also found in breach for showing full screen adverts of topless girls between 9pm and 9.30pm, STD 66 admitted this was wrong and against the rules, they put it down to human error, this wasn't a case of pushing things it was a error made by incompetent staff .
STD 66 was also found in breach for advertising pics and vids that people downloaded to their mobile phones that were R18 in nature, this is not just against Ofcom rules it's against UK laws (i think), they carried on advertising these pic/vids even when Ofcom told them not to, apparently they told Ofcom they hadn't had time to change the adverts and downloads etc, or something like that so Ofcom found them in breach . No member of the public or a rival channel grassed up STD 66 concerning the explicit pic/vids, Ofcom themselves saw the adverts and downloaded a pic/vid themselves .
After being found in breach they continued to advertise and send R18 style pic/vids to mobile phones, (Ofcom checked) once again Ofcom investigated them and found them in breach for a second time for the same thing, STD 66 admitted they had broken the rules and once again told Ofcom it was human error.
Much of the Ofcom stuff concerning STD 66 is nothing to do with the girls performances, it's been caused by incompetent people behind the scenes making fuck ups, it could easily have been avoided .
The latest Ofcom investigation concerning something STD 66 did on the 17/04/13 looks like it wasn't anything to do with the girls being to explicit etc, Ofcom do not say if it was done on the night show, early morning show or day show, they put the program names as "various", so i assume they have once again been advertising something on screen on early mornings, days and nights that is against the rules, if this is the case then STD 66 a fucking stupid and incompetent, these idiots will cause the death of this channel if they aren't careful .
