I can't explain how much I love this show, the visuals and storytelling are something to behold. It is truly beautiful.
For those of you that haven't watched it, please give it a go, you won't be disappointed. It's not a regular animation, it's something very special.

I skipped a couple of these. The acclaimed writer suffered a terrible fate the other year, and is now in a wheelchair. But he's still kicking. He was quite moved to watch old clips, with Nigel Williams (a somewhat less acclaimed writer, but probably a better documentary maker). [Two writers I've never read from for the price of one].

A complicated triptych which saw Waldo go to Holland to explain that the word canvas originates from cannabis, that owls often represent the devil, that dragon trees are quite rare, and that the painting is a misogynistic diss on women being witches.
