It is very brave of you to suggest that someone else takes all the risks while you play cheerleader on the sidelines. I wonder if you would be so eager to annoy the regulator if it was your business and your money at stake. The idea that Elite (or any other channel) should challenge Ofcom is idiotic as they will simply be fined until they conform or lose their licence. As you clearly do not enjoy the shows any more I do wonder why you continue to watch as things are not going to change anytime soon.

i agree the shows are not as good as 2010 but thats the way it will stay unless ofcom change the rules.under the circumstances i think elite still put on entertaining shows.i thought the idea of web only and @home shows was great but there seems to be very little prospect of that happening now for some reason so we just have to accept the shows as they are
