Just seen this on the news,was never a great fan of Disco but Donna has to have been the Queen of Disco.

One of my wifes Favourite all time songs.

A real shame. She was one of those singers who really transcended the genre she worked in. Her work with Giorgio Moroder was massively influential.

I must admit her music was a bit before my time, she was massive certainly in the 70's, but nonetheless a great contributer to the onset of the disco movement, RIP to a disco legend.

Very sad about Donna! As a school kid grew up in the 70's listening to my colleague Mike Baker playing her music loads on Wolverhampton's Beacon Radio 303!

At the Barry Manilow Birmingham LG Arena gig we were at on Thursday night, Barry passed a lovely comment about his friend Donna and her cover of Could It Magic and said it was difficult singing the song that evening.

Love her fab disco music loads.
