Yes, and this from a channel that so many people insist Ofcom can't touch because of their foreign license. It's obvious from this that they don't fear Ofcom in the slightest

From the cap provided it looks like it happened on a freeview channel with a Ofcom licence . The on screen land line number is the Freeview channel Phone number with the Ofcom licence .

If your talking about Dutch regulated Sky Ch 906 the only Sky channel that Cellcast are the licence holder of then thats because the equivalent channel on freeview (same feed shown) is owned and licensed by Square 1 Management and has a Ofcom licence . All the BS Dutch licensed channels (apart from BS Xtreme on freeview) simulcast with Ofcom regulated channels so must abide by Ofcom rules .
