Just curious about laws. That's all.

I often find the law to be changed too often, and I find it interesting to hear different perspectives.

I'm not prude, and have a very European attitude, but am not entirely for public nudity or sexuality, especially not close to you. I feel that should be for indoors, and that nudity in general should be for nude beaches, spas, strip clubs etc, which I have no problem with and have been to before.

With that said, I'm not offended by this video, and that's in part because the balcony is at least a decent distance away from the other apartments, as not to be entirely in your face, but the idea of children seeing this doesn't sit well with me. It's different than the lame Ofcom rules regarding TV censorship, which I'm against as it's very ridiculous, but outside for all to see is a bit different. I don't think a child would be very harmed by this, depending on their upbringing (America and Europe or Eastern Europe are very different in this area) but I still think it's slightly rude to masturbate where others can easily see you.

Last question, but since the majority of you who've responded don't have an issue with this, and say it's not an issue at all, would you be angry if a man had done a similar video, or if he was arrested for doing the same? Would you agree with an arrest of Juelz, or a man if the police decided they broke the law? Would you be against them being arrested?

Would the Elite crew be offended if a man was watching this being filmed from across the street, while wanking on his balcony for Juelz and the cameraman to see? The Elite women go on a smoking break on that balcony, and a man is openly wanking to them from his apartment to which they can easily see. Would a complaint be made?

The laws seems to be all over the place in this area. You might get a cop who just gives you a warning, if caught, but you might get a cop who will arrest you, and give you a criminal record. It might be fun to do something daring, but why risk a criminal record if you get a cop who won't laugh it off?

They are not going to be arrested - a cop will tell you to stop/put on clothes. They will give you that option. Believe it or not, the police will try to resolve issues without resorting to arrests especially over something like this. If you refuse to obey then you may be arrested but it is unlikely that the charges will stick as they have to prove the intention to cause offence.

Interesting. In a way, that's nice, but also somewhat passive perhaps if it's an extreme act in public near where children could see this, and someone has complained. America for the most part will arrest you and put you on a sex offender list for doing that sort of thing, even if you've not assaulted anyone.

I live somewhat across from Elite, not by where any children are near (I will check to make sure none are around), and I'm going to wank on my balcony as soon as I see some of the crew and women leaving the studio. Ejaculation and all. They will likely see me as it's rather close. Around lunchtime, 12:00am ish. Don't think they will have an issue with this. Wish me luck!

I see someone's been spying on me

I just hope they don't read this and film me as it happens, not that it would matter anyway, since it's not an issue, and since I will look to make sure no children are nearby. If I position myself just right, only the Elite should be able to see me! Will have to wait to see who exits the building. I'll be wearing a mask as well! Looking forward to tomorrow!!!

I've decided not to wank on my balcony tomorrow , as I wouldn't do that where others could see me.

Yeah the law seems rather relaxed on this like some of you said. In extreme cases, jail time, but usually it's just a fine or a warning first.

This quotation of the law is correct. Anything that can be interpreted as causing the potential for offence, or civil unrest would be charged under this catch all law. But you are right I could technically walk out of my house stark naked and if everyone on the street was doing the same and no complaints were made then it could stand. Technically.

Masturbating as well, and unless caught or complained against, you'd be in the clear. I just found it slightly risky for them to do this, for reasons already stated, even if it did look quiet in the neighborhood.
