I think you might be right shinobi, they do look real and when she was jiggling them about (phwoar!) I didn't see any kind of scarring...as Yoda would say...'an amazing rack she has' .

Kacy's norks are just one of the few excellent boob jobs around, they are definitely enhanced as you can clearly see the contours of the implants when she's on her back with nothing to support them.
