I confess to watching BBLB on C5 last night and Emma making the statement 'just what is Danica' famous for?Well I think you know but clearly can't say.She described herself as a lingerie model.Interestingly the car crash that is Katona didn't say anything about her having effectively described Rhian Sugden as a prostitute based on her work as a page 3 girl.God knows what she would make of Danica's other 'career' then.

She didn't make that statement becasue she was a page three model, it was made becasue she got her 'fame' from the text messages with the Key man. Much the same way has the woman was in there last time becasue she was having an affair with a married man, or rebecca loos becasue a celeb after knocking Beckham.

Presumably you must be young or another of those BB haters.

But you have got at least three in there that where top of their tree in their fields, even though their time may have come and gone.

Martin Kemp - in one of the biggest bands in ther e4arly 80's, went on to have a limited film career and quite a good soap one.

Julie Goodyear - absolute soap queen, any one of my age will have been brought up with her every week as bet lynch.

Julian Carey - one of the first and probably the first major homosexual act. There had been Larry grayson, Kennith williams, Frankie howard before but their homosexuality was either hidden or done in that harmless camp jokey way. Julian Careys was extreme and he was very very funny, razor sharp wit.


I think it's a good mix. You have the above who where top of their game in their day. Who doens't like Coleen Nolan? Some eye candy for the lads (Danica is coming across as a really nice witty girl, never knew she was from Derby, yay derbyshire lass). Some eye candy for the girls and one or two who cause a minor stir where it would be interesting to find out what they are really like.

Are the producers of CBB even aware of Danica's previous employment by tease me tv and elite tv? In reality she's not a conventional "glamour model" or "high street honey". She has worked for the night show at elite tv and so she is technically a "soft porn" performer, that became a hit with the lads mags.

Danica is largely unknown outside of this forum and the half dozen or so other people who watch the babe channels. Meanwhile, Rhian is widely known as the girl who chased after Vernon Kay and tried to steal him from Tess Daly...even though she maintains it didn't quite happen that way..
