Prostitution is pure and simply exchanging sex for money, however you want to dress it up. Girls working the streets or brothels or people (women or men) acting in a pornographic scene, if they are getitng paid to do that scene.

Danica and all the girls on the chat lines are merely providing a service to lonely people, people who cannot get a partner and don't wish to go with prostitues or people who just think it fun. No actually sex acts are involved therefore none are prostitues. That Jasimn would have to prove that danica had actual sex for money, and have the evidance, to call her a prostitute. As it stands the worse she can be accused of is taking money of of men, some may be deluded, and all the chat girls do that, but it aint prostitution.

If she wanted to sue someone in the big brother house then it would be through slander mate. As it would be something that was said directly to her from a fellow housemate.

She may well be able to sue the broadcaster channel 5 seperately as well for broadcasting whatever the slander was that was directed to her from another housemate. Since it was broadcasted to the general public then this would be a libel case.
