i think the word snub is incorrect! his first choice was arsenal but arsenal would only take him on loan if there was an option to buy, which real wouldn't agree to, so i think it would be more accurate to say liverpool were his second choice!

(what's the odds he scores the winner for yous against arsenal!)

Yes Sahin has said that his preference is for Arsenal because he wants to play Champions League football this season. However Arsenal won't match Liverpool's offer saying they don't think it's good value for money.

Sahin will be wearing a Liverpool shirt next season, we're adding a top quality midfielder to our team, that's good enough for me. We've been after the lad for a while. I heard that Liverpool's offer was 300% of Arsenal's offer, not 10% more.
