Anyway, MeTarzan, don't worry about the law, visiting an escort isn't illegal as long as you aren't kerb crawling and propositioning people on the street. If you do your research and pick a well known lady from AdultWork with plenty of good feedback from reputable users (check the feedback on the guys who have given feedback) then you should be fine.

I've never called an escort or had one come to me, but I visited a more "upscale" brothel once in London. Everyone was friendly, and it was very quiet, other than a couple of customers who had just left. Basically it was me and some of the women, and I chose one after drinking a very watered down whiskey. Seriously though, this is one of those odd grey areas of the law, where some aspects are illegal, others are not. As stated, kerb crawling is illegal, and I believe keeping a brothel is illegal (the old 'living off immoral earnings'), but paying for sex, or receiving money for sex, is not. Something like that anyhow, I'm sure there are others better qualified than me to clarify that.

I'm hazy on the laws in England but I know that parlours are legal in Scotland and privately paying for an escort, or being paid by a punter, is perfectly legal as long as the girl isn't soliciting in the street or the punter isn't kerb crawling.

There are some laws about private flats though, like if there are more than two girls working there, it's classed as a brothel and is therefore illegal or something along those lines but I doubt any police are ever going to come busting through the door of a discrete flat and if they do, it's the owner who's in bother and not the punter.
