I wouldn't be too pessimistic about Sky not covering the NFL as it is a bit of an annual ritual. It would make no sense for the NFL to commit to play games at Wembley and not have any other coverage than the Sunday Night game (early Monday morning here) on Channel 4. Sky have covered the NFL for many years and I'd be very surprised if they stopped now. I'd certainly re-consider my Sky Sports subscription although they still have the cricket...

Including all the repeats of the NFL it would leave then with a 30 hours hole in their schedules.

So far NFL aren't in Sunday's schedule but they are only showing repeats of other shows on channel 403.

I'll also be leaving Sky Sports if they fail to agree transmission.

the no nfl on sky doesnt affect me as i dont have sky sports because i dont really have the money for the full sky sports package. my nfl watching is usually the channel 4 game, radio 5 live sports exra game highlights on the nfl website. so even if sky sports dont have nfl lots of different ways to watch nfl in the uk

you can also watch nfl games online via nfl game pass. but that is expensive around £90 minimum.

i too though can see sky sorting out a deal though and according to somone on the nfl uk forum a deal announcement is imminent

This time last year, we were only getting over the CBA, when we were in danger of losing NFL altogether.
Id imagine its just big companies flexing their muscles, id be very surprised if we didnt have live games on Sky this season.
