As for not knowing her, opinion is based on how she has chosen to conduct herself in the public arena. If she didn't want to be seen in a particular way, then she should have avoided acting in a particular way.

We're just exercising an opinion dirk, as you have also done. The nature of a forum where topics and indeed people are discussed, means that not all opinion will be the same. If some choose to criticise, then it is their choice to do so and their decision as to how they do so. The Moderators will then decide if protocol has been broken and if not, then you have to accept that.

I'm not having a dig, just giving you my own take on it. I can't speak for everyone else of course

this story is totally fake. danica has however achieved her goal of joining the likes of kerry katona,
katie price and alex reid who make a nice little earner from appearing in the likes of ok magazine
in completely fictional stories.

it would have been tv gold if BB had requested Danica to the Diary room, but surprised her by decking it out exactly like the Studio66 set, with Afroman as the voice of BB

I've just read dirk's post and it's not ideal if respected posters and good contributers are getting genuinely upset by a perceived witch hunt on here.

I do think it's crucial to emphasise it's the activity that she has declared to be her profession that is pissing people off, rather than the lady herself.

In fact it is possible that having now attained a foothold in the whole katona-esque 'magazines and bullshit' circus she may leave behind the Rinsing nonsense behind her, in which case I suspect almost all of the vitriol will die down.

Perceived is probably quite an apt description. A witch hunt would be a concerted effort to derail her career, to slander her, or to simply lie about what she does and who she is. Nobody is doing anything of that nature, but people ARE voicing their opinion on what they've seen and it's not always a positive one.

Possibly, unless she has damaged her reputation to the point where after the lads/celebrity mags have finished, nobody else will touch her. Keeping a low profile for the moment may be better for her in the long run, as I understand that even the dim and undemanding BB crowd jeered on her eviction.

Danica must take responsibility for how she is seen by some, especially after being involved in a programme which examined her methods of earning money and her attitude to men. For the life of me I'll never understand her decision to do that, as I can't see how it could have been received in a positive manner.
