Have they all given up?

I think as Fernandez said there have been a number of new sets recently and I suspect that on the margins these companies work on they cant have a new set every week.

Some others have mentioned that the channels have not pushed the boundaries and I think the same lack of margin is at play; couple of fines from Ofcom and they could be out of business so I dont see that we can hold them to account on this too much.

The two things that get my goat are the lack of imagination shown by producers and the some girls doing the same old schtick night after night.

Producers - there have been some great ideas over the years (doing sets in the changing rooms, fake voyeur style sets, showers, baths, etc) but too many continue with the same old ways. TRy something different and try it more than once; I often get the impression that if it doesnt get a flock of calls first time up they throw in the towel.

Girls - I may be stating a few heresy's here but here goes.....

Some girls just get naked after coming on in a thong. I used to love the slow striptease. Please Lori wear an outfit for a change!!!!
Back to the unusual outfits and makeup - used to love that from the likes of Gracie. Don't become one of the crowd; I want to look sideways at the screen and say "what the f**k is that?"
There are some great arses on the channels but there is only so much bending over I can take (yes - I mean Clare Richards and I know I'm going to get flamed)
When you get a new girl on, bring back the tease. I loved the Paige/Danica/Cherri tease and I watched them less when they revealed all.

So in summary, the channels can make so much more of what they have if they just put some effort in. I think its fair to say that once a girls has a regular caller they won't lose them; the companies should focus on attracting new punters by using variety to ensnare us poor saps:-)

Can't say I have noticed! Babestation have been consistently dreadful for months. Same dull roster of a few tired girls, then some utter dross doing debuts. The girls' poses are also restricted to daytime standard for all 24 hours.

I tend to agree that they're just cruising. They don't seem to understand that things must change. In addition, things must move forward. These folks seems to be running in place. I don't think they've given up. I think they just don't know where to go given the restrictions. That said, it is a business. That means minimum in maximum out. Prob is that if you don't satisfy the customer, less and less comes out. (If anyone knows what I've just written, please explain it to me)

i think the channels have been much better this last month, i have seen the hand thong make a comeback , 241's were the girls interact and touch each outer , i have seen some good new sets and the hand held camera be used a lot more,
i do agree it would be nice to see some more different outfits, i was watching Levi in her sexy police woman outfit and thought how good that would look on a night show,
so no i don't think they have given up, 2012 has been a hard year but it ended with things going the right way, and i know we have had these false dawns before but i really think next year is going to be better
and yes i am an optimist but that's what watching bristol city all my life has taught me enjoy the good days( we still get them ) as it will probable go wrong tomorrow

What exactly are you expecting from a babechannel? they are pretty limited as to what they can do, would you like to see them introduce a cooking section or a puzzle hour or something?

Many people on here forget these shows aren't meant to be watched for hours on end.... most people blast a quick one off to them then switch off....

it would be no harm to see the ladies be be creative and have different outfits its too easy and lazy to just smile and accept it also your suggestions just show the lack of imagination you have

as for my lack of imagination i suggested just the other day girls doing zumba also iv'e suggested things in the past such as pole dancing ect, Instead of trying to have a dig at me why not post some suggestions of your own?

The Babechannels will only give up, as soon as the viewers and callers begin to give up and the cash dries up.

I don't watch much of the shows and spend more time interacting on the forum than watching the Babechannels.

Yes they can offer a good show here and there from time to time and it appears from reading discussion trends that there has been a mini revival on the Babechannels.

I just think they need to shake things up a bit. When running a football club, you always have to improve yourself by adding more quality players and tweaking your style of play. Thats what the Babechannels need to do.

If things stay the same and get worse in 2013 then perhaps we can have a more in depth discussion on what direction the Babechannels are heading towards.

The babe channels will be well and truly shafted if the following scenario comes to pass...and its not that impossible a scenario.

Viewers who call the channels become fed up with the tame nature of the shows, and switch off in large numbers with the resulting big drop in call revenue.

Solution?...Make the channels more "entertaining"? Whoops...can't do that...big bad Ofcom will come meddling and interfering the moment any babe channel decides to try to grow a spine.

Caught between a rock and a hard place springs to mind.

You're not saying anything new there, that very thing has been said ad nauseum, throughout the forum. You are however, missing the point, that this scenario does not seem to be happening.
As the shows get tamer, there still seems to be a ready supply of callers and texters. Given that supply of revenue, there is little need for the channels to change or to challenge things, especially when they can instead move into other areas such as the internet. Putting on cam-shows arguably gives even less incentive to make the tv shows harder, it possibly suits them to have tamer tv content, as it drives more consumers to pay for the (supposedly) harder and unconstrained cam shows.
