I tend to agree with the part of the post i have highlighted, there is also the fact that BS want people to pay to watch the harder version of the recorded films via the BSX website, so may well show a tamer version on TV in order to get more people to sign up to watch the harder stuff on the website, the shows tamed down around the time the BS Xtreme website started up as well, was this just a coincidence ? .

BSX is regulated by the Dutch regulator NICAM, Ofcom pass on any complaints it receives over to NICAM and gives details to the people making complaints how to complain to the Dutch regulator, this is fact Ofcom say so themselves. Ofcom cannot request a recording of any complaint either to view and make a judgement.
The Dutch regulator is required to regulate BSX according to UK and Dutch Laws and European laws concerning one European country regulating channels broadcasting to another European country, Ofcom do not make these laws, Ofcom draw up rules for licences they give out and regulate these channels in accordance to the licence conditions that channels sign up to when purchasing a Ofcom licence, BSX hasn't purchased a Ofcom licence so cannot be found in breach by Ofcom of licence conditions of a licence it doesn't have (fact) .

I don't think we get a refund, the info they sent use by text was wrong/false but they clearly advertised on TV that Camilla was doing the show and never mentioned Jada .

Has she directly aimed an insult at you or told you to "fuck off"? if you didn't send her any message that would offend her then why worry about it.

How do you even know what kind of txts Camilla was responding to? Why should she treat people politely if they are being rude or disrespectful to her?, Yes she might be a glamour model/pornstar but at the end of the day she is acting and at work, she has feelings the same as you and me.
