RE: UFC
Yeah I totally agree, I've said it before that I don't see him as a special fighter, he's no different to Martin Kampmann who I've long thought the UFC have used as a test/stepping stone for fighters they see as a possible top 5 fighter or potential title challenger.
This is the road for Bisping now, he'll get top fights with the likes of this lot, Chris Weidman, Luke Rockhold, Hector Lombard, Constantinos Philippou & Ronaldo Souza to see if they can make the grade, these are good fights for him but at a big risk of notching up losses, he needs to win his next 2 fights & 1 of them needs to be against one of this list. As I said I can see Weidman v Rockhold for a number 1 contender slot.
Hector Lombard said after his win in Australia he wanted to fight Bisping but he's fighting Yushin Okami in Japan in March, if Okami gets injured you know who'll be asked to step in.
What is interesting is Ronald Souza has just come over to the UFC after beating Ed Herman on the last Strikeforce show on January 12th, this makes the timing right for him & Bisping to fight around May when the next set of events get announced?
To be honest I can see Jon Jones destroying Chael Sonnen who'll probably talk himself into a rematch with Bisping before the end of the year.

RE: UFC
The new MMA rankings are out. Looking at this I can see Mark Munoz being Bisping's next fight.
Chael Sonnen v Mark Munoz was set for January 2012 but Munoz got injured & was replaced by Bisping, Munoz went on to lose to Chris Weidman in July. Munoz & Weidman's last fight was against each other so they may get a fight before then, but as yet neither has an opponent.
Looking at up coming events, UFC on Fuel TV: Gustafsson vs. Mousasi in Sweden on April 6th only has the headline fight on it's card so far,
Michael Bisping v Mark Munoz... Anyone!!!
MIDDLEWEIGHT DIVISION
1. Anderson Silva (1)
2. Vitor Belfort (3)
3. Chris Weidman (4)
4. Michael Bisping (2)
5. Mark Munoz (5)
6. Brian Stann (6)
7. Costa Philippou (7)
8. Tim Boetsch (8)
9. Yushin Okami (9)
10. Hector Lombard (10)
Don't forget to get your predictions in for UFC on Fox: Johnson vs. Dodson on Saturday.
