Why can minors see on uk tv or dvd male genitals with or without foreskin,shootings,heads been ripped off,violence swearing,operations but no female genitals saying the most harmfull thing is female genitals.

What evidence do ofcom have..Ofcom should get psychiatrists in from mental hospitals and ask how many people have been admitted to psychiatric care from seeing female genitals.If its so offensive and causes serious harm the institutes should be full of folk who have seen a vaginal fanny lip or clit..

Film Four extreme only differed because it contained female genitals for a few seconds (NOT CLOSE UP) yet normal tv showed Bruno over Xmas with mega close up male genitals with urethra and foreskin retracted..If i complained to ofcunts then they would say its allowed or dont watch it..For fucks sake i watch tele with NO warnings and next minute male genitals are on..

Ofcom have no grounds to stop/ban female genitals AT ALL.They do need challenging why can homosexuals and straight women see male genitals yet lesbians and straight men cannot see female genitals,,its pure sexism..

Oh and how are you lot getting email replys from oftwats cause i get nowt with me giving them email addressess ttelephone numbers,,

Following a comment made on a radio 4 quiz show I had a quick look online and found this article from the Daily Telegraph detailing someone being prosecuted for their product being TOO TAME!!! Interestingly, this particular case was NOT the one mentioned on the radio.

It does prove that it can be done though.

IIRC their previous guidelines did not specify what they considered to be "fetish clothing". And as outlined below, it's apparently your everyday clothing worn by typical bluecollar workers. Do the secretaries at Ofcom hq realize they're all dressed up in fetish attire?

Ofcom must be destroyed, dismantled, deregulated, i really don't give a shit!! They are not fit to regulate, they are a waste of bloody time! They have bit by bit more or less destroyed are beloved babe channels for no F**KIN reason at all, and it's really pissed me of!! and all this idle talk about what daytime babes should be dressing during daytimes, well thats finally done it for me!!

I apologise if it seems i'm letting of steam, well to be honest this is exactly what i'm doing

Ofcom are absolutely dead set against babe channels as whole - this has been said a few times around the threads and "confirmed" by channel bosses from minutes following Ofcom meetings (some of which in the BB forum admittedly).

Whilst Ofcom know they are in a no-win situation with regards to ending the night shows (due to watershed, however flimsy), although they're doing their damnest to reign them in.

However, they do know they have the upper hand in respect of dayshows. Rather than stating outright what their intention is (which they cannot do), they are covering more and more bases (all bases?) pushing daytime shows in to a corner, where they'll get eventually get squashed.

They are stangling them more and more and more as time goes by - the quote above is yet another example of this. Such that there is so much of a "grey area" that they can manipulate their rules to fit whatever breach they feel like imposing on the channels next.

Ultimately it's this ambiguity that the channels can never, ever, win against and Ofcom will win in the end - it's only a matter of time.
