Its been confirmed that the PS4 won't be blocked from playing used games .

PS4 Watch Dogs- Amazing graphics, looks a good game too

Xbox 720 will reportedly launch with 9 games either later this year or early next. Titles are believed to be Watchdogs, New Call of Duty, Ridge Racer and Kinect Sports World among others. I would imagine a new Halo won't be far off either

Microsoft Confirms Next-Gen Xbox Reveal for May 21st 2013.

Microsoft are apparently looking to feature awesome technology in a games console in the near future. They are developing a projection based system using a kinect type of system that will immerse either a wall or the whole room in the actual game. There will be no need for a tv as the whole room will become the screen. Its not likely to be ready for the next gen console but who knows.
