i know.... thats why I mentioned suarez..... the point I was making is that the media tend to try and ignore the fact Bale does it, where as if Suarez does it it makes the front pages of news papers....

Actually that don't ignore they've going on about on Match of The Day, on Sky Sports and when Spurs play on ITV, Talksport and Radio 5 Live so you must be missing it as there always being spoken about.

That was great result to get away from home for Newcastle, but the game is still on a knife edge, however we have a great chance now from going through now that the return leg is at home.
Only saw the first half hour of the game, but we looked well organised and hard to break down, but seemed to offer little up front, but I heard Ben Arfa missed a great chance to put us in the lead. I still can't believe that our defence has got 7 clean sheets from 11 games so far in the Europa League, that must be one of the highest in this seasons competition. I wish we could introduce this defensive form into our league games. Despite a back 5 that seemed to lack real experience, we were really solid from what I saw.
Hopefully now on Sunday against Stoke, we don't suffer from jet lag and get a vital 3 points to move further away from the relegation places. Colocinni is a big loss though being out for 7 weeks because he's a leader and still arguably our best defender, but I have faith in Mbiwa and Taylor forming a solid partnership in defence.

I was thinking that too that its a great result for Newcastle, its just real shame that Colocinni gonna be out for so long great he is .
