I wonder what the nudity law is in Austrailia? I'd imagine breasts aren't a big deal if done quickly. Even the U.S has a few states that allow public toplessness, like Oregon and certain parts of Maine.

Maybe, but if a woman tried that in NYC, and was near many people, she'd be arrested or asked to put her shirt/bra back on.

I have nothing against exposed breasts in public, at least not on a public street, though it could really distract male drivers, causing accidents

Inside a public place in another thing. I don't think men should be topless inside of public places either.
