Well I have to be honest here, it's the first time I can remember in a very long time that I've seen ofcom back off so much from the channels. Last year apart from Ofcom's attempts to take Babestation down nothing further of serious worry springs to mind.
I don't want to temp fate here but I think the channels have done very well to ride the storm out because once a upon a time ofcom were hellbent on destroying the lot of them. For the time being I still suspect that a lot will still be bordering on the cautious side until the coast is well and truly clear

The babe channel producers are still shying away from showing kissing
Any caps or vids?
No, sorry. It was an innocent locking of lips between two women after a live song and dance performance, and was part of the show as well. Nothing over the top, just a few seconds of mild open mouth kissing.
What's funny is that if Ofcom was to give the channel a warning or fine, they'd be looked at as being prejudiced against the lesbians, so I doubt they will do anything, yet the babe channel producers are worried Ofcom will fine them for kissing. Even on Babestation the other night, we had breasts out, bare bums, licking the sides of bums, spanking and more, yet as soon as Jenn and Lacey were about to kiss, the producer zoomed in. A couple of times he seemed to allow a bit of it, but you could see them looking at him because he was telling them off.
Makes no sense to me.

Which if our assumptions are true, this might mean a change at Ofcom HQ, which is about bloody time. The babeshows have done well so far to ride out the storm, however lets not get to carried away, but it appears the signs are looking more favourable for us all.
I guess time will tell, however i'm hoping that the remaining 6 months of 2013 will be good news for our beloved babeshows
I don't think Ofcom have backed off at all or are likely to in the near future, in fact i can feel it in my water that something is a foot, RLC have not very recently gone tamer than normal without reason, STD 66 has tame nights as well, xxXPanded is tame all the time so you can't tell with them, Storm is the same, i haven't seen it mentioned by Ofcom that they are launching any new investigations into the babe channels and i haven't seen it mentioned by Ofcom that any complaints have been made to Ofcom about the babe shows recently either, but something doesn't feel right to me, there's just to many extra nervous camera guys knocking round most of the channel in my view that could indicate they know something is a foot.
Also just remember the cap posted by SB of girls kissing was a cap from a European owned and licensed channel regulated by Nicam not Ofcom .
Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .
