Next Gen Consoles

I think all the game companies seem to be running out of names now these days for there consoles.

There probably gonna be at least ten quid more especially with development costs on the new powerful hardware.

Personally i think Battlefield 4 looks way better, i am impressed with the graphics on the environment and skin texturing but it just lacks something.

Wasn't really impressed with Xbox reveal how ever what they did do right was with the reveal of the name and the actual console and hardware specs, but where on earth were the games i know with E3 coming up we will see more of the games and of course they don't show anything till then i just hadn't spend to show much time with telling us that its also gonna be all round entertainment system at least unlike Sony they've shown the actual console from bat, the hardware is very impressive and powerful and is pretty much the same as the PS4. It what i've said all along both console will be pretty much the same and it will be down to first party software as which company will come out on top as most of 3rd party games appear on both system. It will be interesting to see what both Sony and Microsoft will be showcasing at E3 in the next couple weeks.

Yeah but the thing was no actually gameplay of those actually games just trailers and those games will be on the PS4 as its not like there title exclusives aside from timed content to what they currently do with the Call of Duty on the 360. If am a gamer deciding which console am gonna pick its gonna be on what first software is gonna available to me that the other company doesn't have.
At the time i had a Wii and was trying to make up my mind on whether to go for a 360 or PS3 both machines had the same game available on each system, Call of Duty, Fifa, NBA etc etc, but i wanted Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted, Infamous, the Resistance games, plus it called play blu ray films which was a extra bonus.
Now the playing field is a lot different as there pretty much the same with now the Xbox 1 finally having a blu ray drive making it harder then ever to choose which system to get and bare in mind both systems will not play the previous systems games. So as a consumer how will each of the companies win me over to there console if they both have have Call of Duty, Fifa, etc etc and both play blu ray films?

Xbox one will have 15 games supporting it. Halo, Fifa14, Madden, Forza 5, COD to name just a few. MS seem to be making it a living room entertainment system and less of a console. It will come with a x8 processor to handle mega complex graphics. Games seem to be just a small part of the system.
Apparently the new kinect system will be able to detect eye movement so you will be able to switch channels or access menus through eye movement. They also mention it will detect heart rate too. No idea why or how much it will ship out at!

From what I understand which the new xbox you won't be able to play used games as any game you get locks to your account ONLY. So no selling a game once your done with it, of course if you buy a game and find it does not click with you then you cant quickly sell and recoup most of your loss. So PS4 for me then (at the moment ive got a PS3 and a 360)
