UFC's about to EXPLODE!! Why stop now?

10 people throwing out predictions every 3 or so weeks would be sound but as I said it was a pain in the arse to sort out when there were 4 predictors.
It can sometimes take up to an hour to sort out on a Sunday afternoon/Monday night, thats why I was lagging behind towards the end.

You've had a go of the Premier League pridictions table so I'm guessing you know how much effort goes into it...... Ball ache!!!

I can send the template to anyone who want's to be the predictions keeper?

Tom Watson bitch talkin Micheal Bisping..... Ummm a not so subtle way of saying I'll fight you & an even better way of putting on a big possibly summer stadium show over here???

RE: UFC
It's up to you mate, 3 or 4 lads have shown an interest on top of the regular lads but it's your thing. The good thing about is its usually only a couple of events a month but if your not up for it that's sound. I had a tried and trusted method for the prem predictions on my old computer but this tablet thingy is different... bladewave I know it can take up a bit of time.

No worries Mitch, if your doing it just give us a pm.

RE: UFC
Bonus awards
The following fighters were awarded $50,000 bonuses.

Fight of The Night: Frankie Edgar vs. Charles Oliveira and Cub Swanson vs. Dennis Siver
Knockout of The Night: Chris Weidman (No shit Sherlock)
Submission of the Night: None awarded as no matches ended by submission

Reported payout
The following is the reported payout to the fighters as reported to the Nevada State Athletic Commission. It does not include sponsor money and also does not include the UFC's traditional "fight night" bonuses.

Chris Weidman: $48,000 (includes $24,000 win bonus) def. Anderson Silva: $600,000
Frankie Edgar: $240,000 (includes $120,000 win bonus) def. Charles Oliveira: $21,000
Tim Kennedy: $90,000 (includes $30,000 win bonus) def. Roger Gracie: $50,000
Mark Muñoz: $84,000 (includes $42,000 win bonus) def. Tim Boetsch: $37,000
Cub Swanson: $58,000 (includes $29,000 win bonus) def. Dennis Siver: $33,000
Andrew Craig: $24,000 (includes $12,000 win bonus) def. Chris Leben: $51,000
Norman Parke: $30,000 (includes $15,000 win bonus) def. Kazuki Tokudome: $8,000
Gabriel Gonzaga: $58,000 (includes $29,000 win bonus) def. Dave Herman: $23,000
Edson Barboza: $46,000 (includes $23,000 win bonus) def. Rafaello Oliveira: $14,000
Brian Melancon: $16,000 (includes $8,000 win bonus) def. Seth Baczynski: $16,000
Mike Pierce: $56,000 (includes $28,000 win bonus) def. David Mitchell: $10,000 [Image: Money.gif]

UFC contracts are crazy. Chris Weidman was fighting for the UFC middleweight title yet he was still earning the same or less than Tim Kennedy (Who?), Roger Gracie,Tim Boetsch & Cub Swanson.

Thought the coverage the other night was brilliant, different planet from what ESPN were showing. Pretty much what gets shown in the states i think...?

Really good.

RE: UFC
Condit vs. Kampmann 2 tonight. Might be another title fight for Condit if he wins...

For anybody that doesn't watch a lot of UFC, one fighter I'd recommend you watch is Carlos Condit. Everytime the man goes in the cage it's a war, a brilliant unorthodox fighter and an absolute warrior. He's fighting Martin Kampmann a top fighter himself who never takes a backwards step. He beat Condit in their first fight back in 2009. Should be an unbelievable fight.

Main Card

Carlos Condit vs. Martin Kampmann
Donald Cerrone vs. Rafael dos Anjos
Kelvin Gastelum vs. Brian Melancon
Court McGee vs. Robert Whittaker
Takeya Mizugaki vs. Erik Perez
Brad Tavares vs. Robert McDaniel

Live on BT Sport1 at 1am.

Thanks, i had no idea this was on tonight! Just noticed the pre-lims are on too. Why the hell are they doing a show on a Wednesday night anyway? No wonder i didn't realise it was tonight.

RE: UFC
I'm guessing Wednesday nights are the only TV dates they can get from Fox outside of the allowance for big UFC# Saturday night events then. Come to think of it they do usually do them Fight Night cards midweek don't they. I cant see them CHOOSING to do shows on a Wednesday night though. Even a Friday would do nicely instead.

Some great main events there! Most of them to be fair.
Bisping vs Munoz - I usually like British fighters to win, no matter who it is, but i worry for Bisping in that fight. Gets hit with right hands way too much and Munoz is one of them guys who just looks like he hits HARD when he throws. If i think about that fight all i see is a big looping right hand from Munoz and that will be it. Hopefully Bisping can do it though, obviously.
