I might get flammed here but here goes! No doubt that gemma is great to look at but IMO she is the elite's version of candy from partyland. Her performances are really boring, she doesn't move (i've seen more movement from the daytime babes), appears to be seriously uninterested and distracted. She just looks like she isn't enjoying what she is doing. When she is on the phone as well, she isn't any good or makes much effort I'm afraid to say.
This is of course just my opinion.

Have you rung her? I have more than once and she's worth it. I could be wrong so anyone feel free to correct me but isn't this the first channel Gemma's been on - if so you've got to give her time. Yes we are all amazed at tj but she was used to being on tv, talking filth on the phone etc so it's not as big a leap for her. All the girls on partyland have been on before and mainly for a long time so what their excuse is god alone knows.

yeah give gemma a chance. this is her first babechannel so she's not used to what goes on etc. i think she's been good and will get better
