Don't get too excited, this is how they will appear on S66 with their ever-diminishing picture quality;

^ I wonder if the present picture quality not being as good as it was is connected with recent Sky transponder/frequency changes ?, maybe something needs tweaking here and there at the Studio end now that STD 66 are broadcasting on a different Sky frequency to what they used to be ?, some recent Sky program frequency changes are only temporary while something is being done at the satellite end, not sure if this is the case with STD 66 though .

Funny you should say that mr mystery because all of the Studio66 channels are now down on SKY, black screen on each and every single one of them

Edit - Onscreen message also displays RX Loss - If anybody knows what that means then please explain.

The webstreams are all however still fully working so hopefully the SKY channels will be back up and running very soon

RX Loss I think means reception loss but not 100 sure on that. now on 927,938 and 941 it says. we apologise for the break in transmission due to a technical fault. normal programming will resume shortly. instead of saying rx loss. hopefully this is a sign s66 will be back on sky soon

hopefully sky will be back soon in time for the nightshows. if not presume s66 will just be online tonight

s66 have just tweeted 10 min ago that the sky channels will be fixed soon. so presume they know what the problem is and are fixing it

Just been having a look at satellite transponder block diagram , there's something called a RX antenna uplink and a RX band filter, the RX antenna receives composite spectrum across entire uplink . I haven't got a clue what it means by the way lol .

Call me a cynic if you like,but didn`t The Pad have technical difficulties before they stopped broadcasting? Just throwing that out there.

I don't want to tempt fate here but do you think ofcom has got anything to do with it and perhaps pulled the plug or it might just be a technical problem. This has an eerie comparison to Sportxxx only a few years ago

I think it's a genuine fault, i don't think that RX Loss message would have come up if it was Ofcom .

I hope it is just a technical fault and they fix it before the nightshow,if however it does turn out to be the beginning of the end i will miss the channel and the babes that have been on it past and present.
