Delta's looking great on 912 - love the eyelashes - cool as hell!

I agree, sort of a rock chick look going on with the piercings tatts etc.

I think though, that you might have missed her eyelashes as they look normal now - will get a quick clip up in a few hours so you can see what i meant...

I think Delta's gorgeous but I do agree that sometimes it appears she doesn't really want to be there, which is fair enough I guess since it's a job like any other, it just doesn't entice me enough to spend £1.50 a minute calling her.

I often get the impression quite a few of the girls, across all the channels, don't want to be there - not too surprising, but as you say, in a customer facing occupation you have to be able to pretend you do in order to 'get the punters in'. Same in all jobs, some customer facing people are fantastic and others are not so.
