to be clear, RLC own and operate playboy tv chat, playboy own the sky channel 902 and rent the air time to RLC who put playboy tv chat in that slot

Nope, still doesn't make sense. Why would RLC 'own' a Playboy channel? They provide content for the channel, just as they do for the Red Light channels, which are also all licensed by Playboy.

dude at no point do i say RLC own the channel, i clearly say playboy own 902 and you back me up with the above info, what is so hard to understand in all this, you seam to be getting confused over who own the content and who own channel, playboy tv chat is content and is owned by RLC the only difference between it and the other RLC channels is a deal to allow them to use the playboy name,
playboy own 902 and the license for this channel which they allow RLC to use to broadcast there show, this sort of deal is why we have seen ofcom hand out fines in the past to the license holder for not having a mechanism in place to control what the content provider is doing on their channel,
so in summary playboy own the licenses to all 4 channels used by RLC but this dose not mean playboy own RLC or the content shown on the channels.

I haven't got a IPTV or any means of checking if it's actually broadcasting on freeview via IPTV, but my EPG on 2 TV's for Playboy TV Chat on CH 181 just shows a coming soon message on screen, the program guide for FV 181 still shows coming soon as well, if it is broadcasting then the on screen info and EPG needs correcting .
