Blimey - such a huge car crash that the car was back with her in a day? Look, if she would have simply said the trains were a problem, nobody would have complained - they were.

I think what irks was that they were not shy about tweeting about the show being on, but not a sniff about it being cancelled. As someone said, a quick tweet to say it was cancelled (and frankly not from Delia but from RedLight) was the answer.

Nobodys getting their knickers in a twist but a simple bit of comms doesn't half make a difference.

As per previous "everyone" amounts to three people. She needs a bit more commitment to her career if that will stop her working

i cant understand why idoits are complaining about delia and yasmine not turning up last night. im scratching my fucking head here. Delia went in for a medical procedure . left at 5 am to go to Belgium and the world fucking ended because they were not on tv. come on lads . get a grip . the young girl had fucking sugery today. stop complaining. now ban me

i aggree with that rlc should of posted but i aint blamin delia for the problems she was havin. she really wanted to do that nite show but wasnt able to. just hope she will do one when she returns !

Nobody gets banned for mixing their days up or speaking their mind. She was scheduled the night before; the two events of missing a much advertised night show and having the surgery are not connected. This is just typical shit comms by the shows; (very) occasionally us having a whinge does improve things.

Stick around and you'll find crap management by the companies is a common theme.

You may wish to revisit the use of the word "idiots" based on the above

^^^get down off that white horse, it's a forum mate it's about debate,
i for one am glad she is unhappy about the reaction as it may make her think next time she calls off a show to let people know, it's not the fact she could not make it in that is pissing people of it's that she could not find 30 seconds the tweet "not on to night",
as for her giving up the shows, no chance, she will be back wiser for this hopefully,

agree delia should have tweeted or posted on here saying the nightshow wasn't going to happen but do think some people have gone ott with their reaction and I really hope their reactions hasn't put off delia from doing nights

mate no one has a problem that she could not make it in because of all the travel problems yesterday but she should take some blame for the lack of a tweet to let people know, if she had of dune that she would not have had any of this

thx rammy but think about if u was in her position. she had personal issues yesterday on top of that nearly every train she tried to get on was cancelled it took her from just after dinner til 11 oclock to get home wud u of tweeted if rlc knew why didnt they pist somethin on her behalf
