i did think it was a headbutt and although it may have hurt a bit vertonghan went down a bit too easily he is a big guy as well, but he dosen't play for liverpool, porto or brazil so lets all call him a cheat

This isn't, if anything Vertonghen rubs his face on the other guy, realises he has done it and the jumps to the floor... Spurs should have be down to 9 men, soldado off for elbowing somebody in the face and Vertonghen for diving, and they should be out of the Europa league

As a Spurs fan even i know they were lucky to get through they didn't play that well in the first leg and in the first half of the second. Its not like the old days of football that i and many other used to watch where football was more physical with players squaring up to each head to head or using there arm on another player its a different game. If your seen to put your head towards another player even if you didn't touch them that hard you can get sent off same with jump up to header a ball and other player taking a arm to the face. The players know the rules these days shouldn't put themselves in that position in the first place other wise your asking for it.

Exactly, you are right Kalel, I agree with you, so Vertonghen is actually lucky to be on the pitch still as he was stupid enough to walk into somebody with his head... the wrong player was sent off if anything...

Or should have been at worst both get a Yellow... and as for Soldado's elbow to the face, he should have been off too then?

You clearly couldn't have watched the match i was watching because you could claim the other team were doing it too, one of the players rolling all over the floor and Sandro actually stopped playing with the ball the other player carried on rolling all over the pitch and the ref told him get up and get on with it seconds later he jumps up like nothing wrong. I bet if a Liverpool player cheated you wouldn't be complaining especially if it won them game and got them in the champions league or better won you the league. Bale gone so you have nothing else moan about now, instead of worrying about whether or not Spurs are joke why not worry about your own team and about how well there doing this season.

you know and i know that the min a player raises his towards another player your asking to be sent off. A load of the other players on that team especially in the second half were play acting again as i said Spurs were lucky but then in life half of anything is lucky. How many teams have been given really soft penalties and they badly been touched. Watch football back how it was in the 70's and 80's an you'll soon seen how a real penalty really were like.

I watched most of it, I turned it off after Dnipro were cheated out of it though just after halftime... that's how disgusted I was, I actually switched over to watch Benfica of all teams... who ironically will Knock Spurs out of the Europa in the next round unless Vertonghen decides to walk into somebodys face again

Liverpool are doing just fine thanks didn't we beat you 5-0 or something at your ground? and erm Porto are Going to Qualify for the Champions League again and probably make the final of the Europa this year

So either way I have nothing to worry about on the football side of things, Will you be ok when Vertonghen, Loris, Eriksen, Sandro, Lamela all put transfer requests in at the end of the season when you fail to get european football?
