RE: Babestation - General Chat & Discussion
Well bollocks to the so-called Dutch Licence Babestation has got, just to prove just how much it means, Lori had to leave the set to go and put her panties back on, whatever happened to the nude 2 for 1's we used to get treated to not too long ago.
Just what is the point in having a Dutch Licence if they are only willing to do exactly the same as the ofcom regulated channels do. Right so in a nutshell. Did I enjoy the 2 for 1 last night, nope I detest them all, they are all lame and pathetic and I find them all patronising
Meanwhile I had a look on the eurotic tv webstream and I got to see proper 2 for 1's. It didn't half put our miserable channels to shame

RE: Babestation - General Chat & Discussion
It means that if ofcom have a problem with anything Babestation on channel 906 does then it has to request that it is investigated by their Dutch Counterparts Nicam, they tried it back in 2012 if my memory serves me correctly and the complaint was dismissed, they didn't want to know about it.
All Nicam had to say on the issue was this
“The permissive Dutch regulator, NICAM, allows porn on terrestrial TV saying it is not “seriously harmful” to children. NICAM says it “does not pass a judgement on the content, the good-bad taste and the decency of television programmes.”
So on that note, I think its time for Babestation to start ramping it up again

Surely every show on British TV has to comply with British law if not why don't we see pussy on bs 1 ?
NICAM the Dutch regulator of some but not all of the BS channels has to take notice of UK laws when regulating BS as far as i can make out, but they don't have to abide by Ofcom babe channel teleshopping rules rules, Ofcom don't make UK laws, they draw up rules and conditions etc for the licence they grant .
The main Benefit for BS of having a Dutch licence is that it allows them to ignore Ofcom rules for the start time of babe channels on freeview, Ofcom state that adult chat babe channels on freeview must not broadcast before 12am, the Dutch regulator allows BS to broadcast from 10pm, obviously this is a big benefit to BS, especially when the likes of xxXpanded, Elite, and Playboy were broadcasting on freeview but couldn't start before 12am, so BS has no completion at a peak viewing times
Another benefit they have with a Dutch licence is that they don't get investigated and found in breach by Ofcom or have to pay possible large fines .
Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .
