British Wrestler breaks neck in match

A wrestler called Lionheart broke his neck in two places in a match with A J Styles for PCW in Preston.

Apparently it happened on Styles finishing move the Styles Clash and is the second injury that has happened with that move after Roderick Strong had numbness down one side after match for ROH.

Realistically then that is a good finisher..

I don't get why so many guys are getting hurt from it. It's one of the simplest moves to take.

The worst part is that he's been using it for 12 years. It's not a difficult move to take at all, just tilt your head backwards and you've got no chance of getting hurt.
