Lorraine Kelly hasn't offered any support to the campaign for an independent Scotland, declining to express an opinion either way, so I don't think they would make her queen. She wouldn't get deported from the UK though, in the event of an independent Scotland, as Scots living in England would still be UK nationals with UK passports.
