Since nobody else answered your question, I don't see how anything fake can be against the rules, unless something looks real enough that they can't be sure it's not real and ban it for that reason. Does that make sense?

Yes that's exactly what happened. Both times she appealed against the ban and they were lifted.

Yes that sort of makes sense. Maybe anything that LOOKS as though it could be genuine is now being banned to be on the safe side.

I wouldn't be so sure. Here's an example of what I mean. I've seen a girl set up in a public library, using the furthest corner of the place where she wouldn't be seen by the librarians or by anyone in the open floor space, but was still clearly within sight of one person. There was an elderly guy not far away from her, but according to what she was saying she felt that someone being there was necessary to make it a genuine public show, and thereby would add excitement, so so she deliberately had her cams set up to be showing this guy in the background.

That kind of incident is a fairly minor one compared to some of the things which have been going on, like even fucking in public libraries, but it does involve an unverified person on cam which has always been the main issue.
