The people who deal with emails there only work normal office hours, so they won't have seen your emails yet. If you want a quicker service phone the customer services line. If not you'll have to wait until they're in the office.

pointless ringing customer services,that'll cost as twice as much as they ripped me off for....sorta defeats the object.....
