private message help

i got sent a pm and when i went to my inbox it just had my old ones, i refresh it and still nothing anyone have any idea whats the matter or have had the same problem

All I can suggest is that you request that they resend the message and see if it happens again.

I take it you were notified that a new message had been received? If the sender of the pm cancelled it in the tracking section of the pm system before you opened it, then it would have been deleted from your inbox. That is the only suggestion I can think of.
